TRY TO FACE BULLIES!!!!!!

Today let’s talk about bullying, how to face it
and many more.
As bullying has always made us become more and
more introverted. Don’t think you are weak, so they bully. It’s just that you
will try to ignore it, but my suggestion is, you should try to face them.
Bullying is something that 1 in 2 people under
25 will experience in their lifetime. There is no singular definition of
bullying because it comes in all shapes, sizes, and subtleties. Despite the
varied nature of bullying. Bulling may be anything, maybe its physically
harassing or mentally. It may deeply affect the personality of the victim. No
one is born a bully – a true story. Bullying is a learned behavior and not an
innate characteristic of anyone. The dictionary definition of bullying is “the use of strength or power
frighten or hurt weaker people.” This is not a very nice
definition if you ask us. First things first, being bullied does not mean that
you are weak.
Sometimes you are just not ready to face them,
or you try to deny it. So just stop denying it and start facing it. I have also
faced bullies, for almost till 10th class. I didn’t have the courage to
speak in front of teachers. As I am born introvert and I was even bullied by my
juniors when I was 9th class. So now I have learned that bullies will
never bully you if you start to face them.
Don’t you think we are also citizens of India
and we also have a right to live free here? Don’t you think we should make
ourselves strong? So, go on making yourself stronger in the career you are interested
in. And I can
guarantee you that they will ask your secret formula for success.
And I have messages to bullies,
Hey, you are not just teasing him/her. But you
are making them try to end their creativeness, boldness and many more. You were
also kid once, try to help them when they are in need. Try to make them strong.
The number of Indian parents complaining against cyberbullying, the report
shows, has grown from 2011 to 2018. With the growing penetration of social
media, applications like Facebook and WhatsApp have become prevalent among the
new generation. Thus, students reporting that they have been witness to name
shaming and teasing on such platforms is increasing as well.
If any parent or any of the adults watching or
reading this, then here sure some requests from my side. Please hear everything told by your children small brothers or sisters.
HERE ARE SOME WAYS YOU CAN ASSIST YOUR CHILD.
·      Identify any change in behavior
of children like sleeping trouble, low interest in activities, etc
·      Believe children when they tell
you that they are bullied or harassed. This may not always be physical but
could be psychological, sexual or cyberbullying as well.
·      Be extra vigilant to these
warning signs if a child falls in at high-risk groups of being bullied.
·      Strengthen communication with
children to bring up bullying in conversations, especially when children are
younger.
·      In schools, teachers should make
sure that children feel comfortable to speak up if they witness someone being
bullied.
·      To tackle cyberbullying, it is
essential to have conversations on the dark side of technology with pre-teens.
·      Use firewalls and other website
blockers to ensure children are safe on the internet.
